Kandice Alexander -  Owner, Licensed Esthetician and Makeup Artist

Born and raised in Mountain Home, AR, I have proudly called Springfield home since 2000.  I hold degrees and certifications from both Missouri State University and Missouri College of Cosmetology Esthetics Campus.   After spending twelve years in the Theatre and Event Coordinating fields, I discovered my true calling was to help people on an individual level.  I parlayed my knowledge from these fields as well as my love of skincare and make-up into a career where I can educate and expose people to the life altering effects of spa, proper skincare, beauty, and personal brand styling.   My mission is to create a unique beauty and wellness experience tailored to each individual client’s need.   Whether you need professional skincare, stress relief, a self-esteem boost, or a complete personal brand over haul, my services will deliver results in a chemical free, friendly, and judgment free environment.  When I am not working with clients, I enjoy cooking, entertaining, travel, kayaking, and spending time with my family and friends that include my husband, Tom, and our little boy, Thomas James.

Natalie Dean - Licensed Aesthetician and Laser Technician

Originally from Scottsdale, AZ, I have called Springfield home for over a year.  I am so excited to bring my passion for skincare and four years of experience building medi-spa practices to 5 Elements.  My favorite services to perform are Dermaplaning and skin rejuvenating facials.  When I am not in the treatment room I enjoy spending time with my fiance, Matt and our four teenagers.  

Brianna Scott - Licensed Physician Assistant

I became a PA in 2014 and hit the ground running ever since. I’ve owned my own practice, Simply Aesthetic, for 7 years now and have really enjoyed it.  I am so excited to be extending my neurotoxin, filler, and skin tightening services inside 5 Elements Esthetics and Makeup Studio.  Some things I enjoy doing, besides running my busy business, is being a Mom to my 8 year old twins and 6 year old, reading, crocheting, and gardening.
